We had a hard time deciding what Mason would dress up as for Halloween this year. I originally wanted him to be a firefighter (OF COURSE) but when my Dad & I went shopping for costumes they were all out of firefighter in his size :( It turned out perfect because Grandpa found the perfect costume! Our little Super Man :) Mason loved it & so did everyone else!!
We took Mason to the Southeastern Train Museum for their Trick-or-Train celebration! Mason is a HUGE fan of trains and as he would find out today for the first time- candy- so it was a win win :)
He didn't quite get the whole "trick or treat" think, but he did say please and thank you to each person handing out candy :)
One of Mason's older and beautiful girlfriends Evie Keyes brought her parents to keep us company while they hung out :) Nate & I love spending time with the Keyes so it worked out perfect :)
GiGi gave Mason this cutest bag to collect his loot :) Thanks GiGi!
Of Course Mase sported his all white airforce ones from Miss Nise :)
He doesn't look like it here... but he really did have a BLAST on the trains!
The highlight of Mason's month... his first piece of candy! Mason LOVED his tootsie pop! It was hysterical! He didn't know what to think at first... thankfully Evie showed him the ropes!
One HAPPY boy!! Taking it away, was NOT an option at that point :)
Another first... face painting! It was good in theory, but we will have to use a professional next time!
The girl did a wonderful job on Evies fairy face, but really epically failed at Mason's superman "S"- it was an old school stussi S- it was ridiculous!!!!
Needless to say Mason enjoyed the rest of his sucker on the way to lunch with his girlfriend! It was a beautiful day & we had a great lunch on the patio!!
It was a PERFECT Halloween Celebration :)
